Key project with a total investment of 1.98 billion yuan

The new campus consists of the teaching area, conference center, administrative center, library, party exchange center, sports center, as well as dining areas, dormitories. The campus covers an area of 200 acres, with a total construction area of 177,400 square meters and a total investment of 1.98 billion yuan.

Hongye Furniture Group successfully won the bid with a bid amount of 24.668665 million yuan. As a key showcase project for Hongye Furniture Group, we are honored to have participated in the construction of this significant project. The furniture procurement project for the CPC Party New School has now been completed and successfully passed inspection.

It includes several areas such as the reception and waiting area, large dining hall, seminar room, multimedia conference hall, meeting rooms, and suites.

#Reception and Waiting Area

#Meeting Room

The selection of conference tables and chairs is crucial, as meetings are typically a gathering of information. The conference table must have excellent quality and good functionality to help participants focus and spark creativity during discussions.

For this project, Hongye Furniture Group has provided conference spaces that are clean, simple, and precise at first glance. These spaces fully meet the needs of the Party School for large meetings, discussions, study exchanges, and other office activities.

#Seminar Room

It is equipped with folding training tables, which are stylish, innovative, and easy to move. These tables meet various usage needs, combining functionality for meetings, seminars, and training sessions. The space can accommodate up to 60 people simultaneously.

#Library

The library of the new campus currently holds over 100,000 Chinese-language physical books, more than 300 types of physical periodicals, and 350 types of digital periodicals. Both document borrowing and retrieval services are managed by computer systems.

The library is a treasure trove of collections, equipped with various modern service methods. It provides readers with a wide range of services, including borrowing, reading, reference consultation, literature search, reader training, and document copying, all at different levels and types.

The open-style study seats offer students a unique learning space, allowing them to study more effectively.

#Dining Room

The layout is well-organized with clearly defined areas, including a student cafeteria and a staff cafeteria. The dining areas are arranged using a combination of square tables and four- or six-person long dining tables, making full use of the available space. This arrangement can accommodate 112 people dining at the same time.

#Private Dining Room

The private dining rooms are designed to be unique and intimate, with traditional round tables at the center. This design aligns with the Party School's understated, steady, and dignified atmosphere, exuding a sense of leadership and elegance. It caters to the different dining needs of party members, providing a comfortable and private environment for meals.

#Dormitory Area

The dormitory area is an important space for students to study, live, and rest. It also serves as a key platform for ideological education, character development, and quality education outside of the classroom.

It includes 781 single rooms, 273 double rooms, 32 suites, and 61 faculty dormitories. The quiet, clean, and tidy dormitory environment, with rooms of different specifications, meets the diverse needs of both students and faculty.

#Lounge Area

The new campus is equipped with a well-designed relaxation area, which helps alleviate the stress and fatigue of students from their studies. After a period of relaxation, students can return to their studies feeling refreshed and quickly get back into a focused learning state.

#Logistics Service Area

The logistics service building is an essential facility designed to support the operational needs of the campus. The building is strategically located to ensure efficient access to all areas of the campus, providing a smooth flow of resources and services to meet the daily needs of both staff and students.
